You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. A refund will be issued, after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. A copy of the document is sent to you at once after review of your refund request. Please acknowledge that by mutual consent an exchange can be done to avoid a refund.
Content to be added added or edited is received from the customer and the final work is approved by the customer. Layout and style change requests are received from the customer and the final work is approved by the customer. A reasonable time-frame to complete the job is agreed upon before starting the project. We proofread for spelling and grammar accuracy and will make suggestions where we feel it is necessary, but ultimately those decisions are left up to the customer. Therefore, refunds are not given after the work has been completed and approved.
